Ingredients:
For Chicken Brine
8- Chicken thighs
1- quart of Buttermilk
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flake, paprika, cayenne, and dried italian herbs salt and pepper
2 TBSP of Tobasco
1 TBSP Worcestershire Roasted Garlic
1 whole garlic 3/4 cup of olive oil Quick Pickle
1 cucumber
3/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
2 tsp of sugar
1 tspn of salt
2 sprigs dill
Honey Butter
1 stick butter
3 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of cayenne
1 tbsp of paprika
3 cloves of roasted garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Mayo
3 heaping spoonfuls of mayo
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of cayenne
1 tbsp of paprika
2 cloves of roasted garlic
salt and pepper to taste
